Introduction
PhD in Business Economics. She is Researcher and Assistant Lecturer at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in the field of Business Organization. Her research interests comprise higher education, management and entrepreneurship. She is Project Coordinator of the European project on Erasmus skills project and also leader of an European awarded project on intergenerational entrepreneurship. In the past, she was project leader for Universidad Autonoma de Madrid of the European Career Center and Entrepreneurship (ECCE) project.
