Introduction
My professional experience relates to plant genetic resources (PGR) data management, leading the process to develop crop descriptors and international standards for access to and utilization of PGR and facilitating global consultation processes to ensure their wide applicability. Currently working on the development of mandatory descriptors required to obtain DOIs for PGRFA samples in the Global Information System of the International Treaty of FAO and in the crop wild relatives project.
