Introduction

I am building a vacuum filling system for heat pipe fluid charging. I am using five 1/8 inch ball valves and stainless steel tubing as the construction and Pirani Gauges as the pressure sensor. But until now the system could not stand for the very fine leaks. I don't have any helium leak detector because out of my budget. Is there anything I can do to minimize or stop the leaks? My vacuum goal is 0.1 Pa. The system has 4 ball valve and one 3 way valve all connected with stainless steel tubing and tee.
