In my experiment, I have two factors (Location and Variety). In analysis, I combined all the Locations then got the result of Combined ANOVA. However, in making a group comparison, Contrast is only available for Variety and there is no for Location. So, in this kind of experiment, Group comparison can only be done for Variety and not for Location?
