Introduction
Abira Reizer is an associate professor and the Area Head of Organizational and Vocational Psychology for Graduate students at the Department of Behavior Sciences, Ariel University. Abira Reizer received her PhD. in social and organizational psychology at Bar Ilan University in Israel. Her main research fields are interpersonal relationships, personality processes in organizational settings, and organizational motivational aspects.
