Introduction
Abdullah Yildiz (MD, Psychiatrist, BA in Sociology, BA in Philosophy, PhD in History of Medicine and Ethics/Bioethics) is employed at the Department of History of Medicine and Ethics, Ankara University. His principal research interests are in the fields of psychiatric ethics and neuroethics, the philosophy of medicine, the philosophy of mind and psychiatry, medical sociology, qualitative research in bioethics and medical humanities, the ethics of science, the history of science and medicine.
