I would like to thank you in advance for your participation in this questionnaire. This questionnaire is a part of my thesis study entitled "The Concept of Hospitality as perceived by Makkah residents and visitors". This study aims participate in regulating the relationship between the hosts and guests to improve the hospitality services. It investigates the hospitality concept among Makkah residents and visitors. By achieving the study aim and objectives, the study attempts to incorporate concept of sustainability into future Saudi vision 2030 by means of the residents' roles in hosting the guests of Allah.
