Utilizing AMOS, I am analyzing a measurement model with four indigenous (one of them second order and have 5 sub-constructs). in order to establish a discriminant validity, i have an issue related to one of the sub-constructs of the second order factor which highly loaded on other independent factor, thus, affect the discriminant validity of the second order variable. In fact, I tried many remedies to solve this problem with retaining the ill construct. I could establish discriminant validity only when I dropped this sub-construct..!!!
