Introduction
Abdulkader Zairbani is a full-time scholar in business school at Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management GITAM (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He received his Master’s degree from Mahatma Gandhi University Rajagiri College and his Bachelor’s and Diploma degrees from Aleppo University in the Syria Arab Republic.
