Introduction
Prof. Makhlouf is a globally recognized materials science expert and President of EMC3 LLC (USA), with over 31 years of experience in research, development, and consulting. Previously, he served as Vice President of Advanced Material Research at Stanley Black & Decker and held full professorships at the University of Texas and Central Metallurgical Research Institute. A recipient of prestigious awards including the Humboldt Research Award (Germany), Fulbright Scholarship (USA), and NSF Fellow.
