Introduction
My major interests involve numerous elements of team sports, particularly basketball. Focal points of my research include quantifying match and training demands, assessing the effects of various training interventions, developing performance assessment techniques and tracking changes in fitness and performance. I am also interested in examining the effects of various ergogenic aids, such as compression garments and nutritional strategies, on various components of sports performance and recovery.
