What is the procedure for isolating Plasmid from Agrobacterium?

we face a difficulty in isolating the plasmid of Agrobacterium

Although there are different methods.. but the yield of plasmid is too low to be detected, I recommend a kit specific for it

Hello!
You can use Lysozyme during the use of lysis solution and incubate at 37°C for half an hour. After addition of solution iii incubate the sample @ 4°C/ice for minimum 15 minutes.
It will increase the quantity and quality of Agrobacterium plasmid DNA.
