Technical Systems Performance is the phrase I have used based on discussions with my supervisor. However, I have conducted a mind map to churn out relevant terms of focus, viz:
1. Engineering Systems Performance
2. Systems Optimisations
3. Performance Metrics
4. Technical Performance of Systems
5. Technical Systems
6. Systems Performance
7. Engineering Performance

According to my research, the patrons of flux lines represented by the simulations of PM DC motors are totally flawed. This flawed understanding is continuously leading to wrong designs of PM DC motors.

I have a PM from Kamran Alam and I share it with the whole community so that Kamran can benefit from the input of all experts.
Dear Sir,
I have a query regarding the nano-particles coatings. I am working on silica nanoparticles coatings on glass substrate. Glass substrate has absorption edge at 330 nm, when I coat my nanoparticles (Particle size 12.5 nm, coating thickness 120 nm), the transmittance peak changes due to reduction in reflection, but the absorption peak also changes from 330 nm to 300 nm. Is absorption edge of glass or any material increases normally with nanoparticles coating? and Why it increases or decreases?
I am attaching the graph of UV-Spectroscopy. Please see the attachment.
Digital Project Management

When it comes to Digital Project Management (DPM), there are two schools of thought that defined it to 2 different ways:
1. Project Management for Digital Projects
Digital Projects are projects where its deliverables and outputs are in digital form.
2. Digitalised Project Management
Projects were managed on a digital platform, using modern digital tools etc.
Are these two definitions mutually inclusive? totally different? which 1 is to be accepted as the correct 1?
Appreciate everyone's thought on this.
Thanks.
