Hello,
Does anyone have any indication as to how long it takes to complete monoclonal antibody-mediated cytotoxic processes including antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) or phagocytosis-dependent cytotoxicity (PDC)?
Am I right to conclude that there is full mediation?? can anyone please further guide me??

I need help in interpretation of PROCESS plugin results for checking mediation on SPSS20, Please read explanation to answer.
As per my output:
Step-I: IV significantly predicts DV - B=0.43, P<0.05
Step-II: IV significantly predicts Mediator - B=0.86, P<0.05
Step-III: Relationship of Mediator & DV is significant in presence of IV - B=0.43, P<0.05
Step-IV: Relationship between IV & DV in presence of M is insignificant - B=0.05, P>0.05
