Which model & boundary conditions is used in Ansys Fluent to simulate the desuperheater?

I have done all optical simulations in RF module, now how can i find generation rate of electrons and holes, secondly how can i use these generation rate in semiconductor module to find further electrical parameters of solar cells like IV curve, in another words how can i couple optical and electrical modules in COMSOL.

I am facing a problem during the simulation of a file mesh 6.7 millions , i simulated a file files smaller than it and didn't encounter this problem. I wanted to know what is the procedure?

Is there a way to overcome this problem?

As I start the simulation of bubble column (air-water system), just after 15 iterations, it displays "floating point exception" and shows "divergence detected in AMG solver". What is the reason behind it?

Can we use the COMSOL to compute the band structure of TM polarization for the 2D photonic crystals? If yes, how to do it? With the "Bandgap Analysis of a Photonic Crystal" in application gallery, I can simulate the TE polarization. How to adjust COMSOL settings to get band structure for TM polarization. More specifically, how to set the "out-of-plane wave number kz" for TM polarization when we choose "In-plane vector"?

Hi I am trying to model a pin solar cell using comsol 5.1. I already simulated for single wavelength and find generation rate for that one , but now I want to simulate for all wavelengths of the sun and I downloaded data of spectral irradiance Am1.5 but i don't know how to use it to create the generation term. Who Can explain the step by step the set up process? I'll be very grateful.
