Does anyone know how to calculate the composition of whole rocks?

Does anyone know how to calculate the composition of major elements of whole rocks from ICP-MS data? I am using NIST as standard, and geological reference sample as my sample. I want to calculate intensity of each major element (Si, Al, Ti, ...) into oxide percentage (SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, ...). Any ideas?

How can I go transform DN values to Reflectance, of multispectral images?

I have 4 images of the same area captured in Green, Red, NIR and Rededge band. I want to transform the DN values into Reflectance. Do I need to create a single image first, by composite the 4 images into 1 image, or I must do this for each image separately?

How to calculate Stoichiometry from ICP data.?

I did ICP for my sample, and i got Ni=135.42, Zn=232.78, Fe=721.73 mg/L. i want to know the exact concentration obtained. i have synthesized it as Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4. please elaborate the method, as i already tried two diff method and i got similar but not exact results, thanks
