Who will ever be given to unravel the cause of this or that kind of neuronal dysfunction?
Of any nervous dysfunction that is studied without realizing the unlimited number of kinds of events that are capable of disturbing particular neuronal, or even mental, functions?
Do you, does anybody else, have any criteria which would allow pinpointing an "Alzheimer's Dementia"?
To reliably identify such a condition, discriminate it from otherwise caused dementias? from dementia due to atypical normotensive hydrocephalus, dementia attributable to some untraced vascular brain affection? from dementia resulting from any unexplained degenerative or inflammatory cerebral damages.

I write literary books and scientific articles and for expression of more details I prefer my native language because I think it is more complex and has a wider vocabulary. On the other hand, English expresses well many things with less words. When I translate scientific papers to English, I prefer the latter because it makes things clear with less words. (And with this amount of words normally it is more clear than with more words in my language). I think it is a good language for science.
