What is the best test to compare 3 or more categorical variables in SPSS?

I need this to analyse a data.

You can use Kruskal-Wallis followed by Mann-Whitney. Alternatively, Spearman Correlation can be used, depending upon your variables. These are commonly done methods.

Hello Pegah,
It is difficult to answer without knowing your categorical variables and the comparisons you want to do.
A first possibility is to compute Khi square with crosstabs command for all pairs of two variables. Each categorical variable's distribution will be compared to each of others.
A second possibility is to compute Khi square with crosstabs command for one categorical variable and a set composed of the other variables. With SPSS, you have to use Multiple response crosstabs:

the best step is to specify one is looking for a reference, so that it can be found the right test tools and appropriate, There is no clear guidance about the tools of analysis or test the right to treat a data.

What do you want to know from your variables? all of them are categorical? or just factors and not response variables?
