PJP The rise of Blackwater USA, the world's most powerful mercenary army is well acknowledged. They have also changed their name, Halliburton "their contractor" world headquarters is in Dubai, not in the U.S.

But not U.N troops, there are way too many armed American citizens that would not allow foreign troops with the U.N uniform into their neighborhood. It would be an all out not so civil war within cities and small towns. Some will even bring knives into a gun fight, because they think they must fight back.
