Thesis: Marketing communication plan for an IT company - Help?

I am doing a thesis for an ISV (independent service vendor) company in the Netherlands that wants to broaden its horizons and set foot in Finland and appeal to MSPs (management service providers) there. My goal is to develop a marketing communication plan. Does anyone have some experience with this or knowledge about it? Any help is appreciated!
