Sodium tert-butoxide: what are safety rules and precautions?

Does anyone has an experience with sodium tert-butoxide? How dangerous it actually is?
Do I need to use a glovebox while weighting and handling it?
Do I have to dissolve it in THF at -30C or room temperature will also do?
How do you store it after the can is opened?
We have 100g of sodium tert-butoxide in total, the planned amount for my synthesis is ca. 1.5 g.

Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Use only outdoors or in a well- ventilated area.

A safety data sheet (SDS) from one manufacturer attached. This material is very high risk and requires special handling and storage. It does not say on the SDS that it is incompatible with organic peroxides, but in contact, it will release hydrogen gas. I would recommend looking for a safer substitute if possible.

I am gathering data from papers and some authors present the availability of nutrients as kg/ha and others as mg/L. Would that be possible to convert mg/L to kg/ha once L is volume and ha is area?
PS.: It is not that common to find the length and width of the ponds, but they always present m2 or ha and depth.

my stock solution is 100mg/mL but I need two different concentrations, one being 10ug/mL and the other one 50ug/mL. How do I do that? Do I have to convert the 100mg/mL into ug/mL? If so, how?

I am  using 0.1%TFA (v/v) in water in preparative-HPLC, to separate flavolignans with MeOH/H2O gradient.
How can I be sure that the TFA is already removed? It will be enough evaporating in rotavapor?
