Silicon process flow software?

Does anyone know a software I can use to make process flow diagram of CMOS or MEMS? Right now I'm using Word or Excel but I'm wondering if there's something better.
Just to clarify I'm not looking for simulation software but instead drawing software.

Mask aligners are usually used as proximity printing tools where the mask is printed on the wafers using a "shadowing" technique. MEMS applications are just one of the applications that use mask aligners. A new simulation software platform dedicated to MEMS processes is described that enables the use of DFM methodologies and will save cost and redu...

This paper presents design and simulation of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) based piezoelectric cantilevers and beams. P (VDF-TrFE)) co-polymer was chosen as the piezoelectric material which has better piezoelectric properties than other polymers. These piezoelectric co-polymer cantilevers form the main elements as low level and low frequen...
