Risk of bias in standard and autobiographical case reports in medicine

What is the extent of bias risk between standard and autobiographical case reports in medicine and is there any medical journal (indexed or not indexed in MEDLINE) publishing or having a history of publishing autobiographical case reports?

Besides the ethics, this case report can be controlled and criticized by others officially, in order to be approved.

Surely, there is the risk of exaggeration, but this depends on an author's ethics.

I totally agree with Theodore John Drizis that such case reports intuitively (and inherently) would be biased and/or exaggerated.
There are not any journals that are specifically dedicated to these reports but lots of journals have such cases. There are some issues for journals themed this way so that a whole issue is dedicated to this idea.
