Reliable rose diagram software to plot bedding strike and dip?

Some publications which we upload in Research Gate receives citations but the same paper which has been listed in the Google Scholar doesn't show any citation .

I am trying to breed two types of Rosa26 knock-in mice together, but I have not had a single litter from 2 breeding pairs over 3 months. The breeders are now 6 months old. One breeder is a tdTomato reporter mouse (Ai14): Rosa26^{tdTomato/tdTomato}. The other is the Ai87 mouse: Rosa26^{iGluSnFr/iGluSnFr}. Technically, I believe the whole insert into the Rosa26 locus is Rosa26 - CAGpromoter - LoxP/stop/LoxP - then the gene sequence (tdTomato or iGluSnFr). I naively thought the offspring would all be Rosa26^{tdTomato/iGluSnFr} and the alleles would segregate that way. Anyone have some molecular genetics insights? or could this just be bad luck?

I have some 2d seismic data which is cropped from both ends and when I suppose to load in petrel their navigation has been disturbed. Some lines are dislocated, some are inverted, like actually these are strike lines but when loading to petrel they become dip.

Has anyone tried targeting ROSA locus with CRISPR/Cas9 in L929 cells? If so, does anyone have a wild-type gDNA sequence (or at least a primer sequence and its approx position for PCR screen)?
