Looking for specialist on cave fungi

Hi,
I am looking for a researcher that could help in the identification of cave fungi. The project is focused on a remote anthropic mining cave where 4 unique samples have been found. It is intended to be published in an international journal.

I need at least 5 articles on how to identify fungi on a petri dish at least up to the genus level.
I'm wondering if the mold is sufficient enough or you need to scrape off some parts(?) of it and place it on a slide and stain then observe it under a microscope.
If some require some identification kits please provide some links or manufacturers name o where to buy these
