Elsevier Journal Finder is another choice. It helps you find journals that could be best suited for publishing your scientific article. But, it is important to know journal's aim and scope before making a decision.

Jane journal estimator and Springer Journal Suggester also works like Elsevier Journal Finder. Scimago is the best one if you require detailed information about the impact factor, H-Index, and other measures of journal ranking.

Hi. In order to find a good journal for your paper I suggest you to use a mix of journal finders. For example, I usually prepare a primary list of journals in Elsevier Journal Finder and then check the journals in SJR for their H-index. Usually the less the H-index is, the sooner and the better they respond. You may also check the response time of the journals in other journal finders.

The best way to find a suitable journal is to follow the references of your article. Though all of the references wouldn't be suitable, but you could easily find quite a few journals suitable for your manuscript.

I think Scopus Scimago is the best choice to find a suitable journal.
Scopus is the world's largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed journals. It's an abstracting and citation database by Elsevier, an international publication group. Just like Web of Science and Google Scholar, Scopus also provides citation information. SCImago provides SCImago Journal Ranks making use of data supplied by Scopus which covers over 36,000 journals.

All the well-recognized publishers like, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, etc. have their own Journal Finder. Also, SCImago ranking for journals can be a better choice for choosing high-to-low recognized journals. All the SCImago indexed journals are well-recognized.

To find a suitable journal for your research paper is crucial.  However, beginners ignore and they send research papers in the random journal. As a consequence, a lot of time and energy consumption is wasted by the sole representative/owner of the journal arbitrarily. In 2018, two of the research papers got accepted that is ESCI journal, and there were several correspondences between the author and the editor-in-chief. The editor asked to edit/prepare the papers according to the style file of the journal and that was done and submitted to the editor. The last message from the editor was that the entire documents should be "1 x 1 x1 x1" that was done accordingly and emailed to the editor. Then, there was no response from the editor and the paper was scheduled to be published in June, 2019. When the issue got published and the papers not included in the issue while the other papers submitted and accepted much later were published in the issue, the editor was asked as why he delayed the publication of the papers, and why he did not include the papers on priority queue basis and then again he started sending the earlier same minor typos messages like inserting comma, full stop what he sent in the beginning of his initial email.

There are also some well-written books on general issues relating to the writing and publication of scientific papers. An example is
- R. A. Day, B. Gastel: How to Write and Publish a Scientific Paper, 7th ed. Cambridge U. P., 2012.
For graduate (and undergraduate) students, e.g.,
- R. Snieder, K. Larner: The Art of Being a Scientist: A Guide for Graduate Students and their Mentors. Cambridge U. P., 2009.
