Is there any possibility that using BAP alone induces rooting?

 If so then what is the reason or cause behind it. Is there any paper or article mentioning about it.  Please send some paper releated to it.

Generally BAP has no effect on rooting in in vitro culture.

In Eucalyptus BAP has a negative effect on rooting when it accumulates in tissues after many cycles of multiplication. Sometimes it is necessary some subcultures in medium with activated charcoal to detoxify the explants and recover the rhizogenic capacity.

Could we ever reach a conclusion about Fermi Paradox?
Ideas:
-we could be just too distant from any other advanced life.
-they're already came here (still here, or lost heart then left, ... etc).
-they're already on their way here.
-they know about us, can reach us, but choose to leave us be for one reason or another.
-Earth is more than 70% covered with water, so simply any other civilization could see earth as a water planet only?
- detection issues: noisy cosmic environment, weak EM signals, highly shifted wavelengths... etc.
-chemical reasons: our sun is far from the galactic center meaning the metallicity in our cosmic neighborhood is different from other distant regions which also could mean there are other life forms than carbon-based life.
- possible differences in the carbon based life foms itself: could there be intelligent life forms that have different senses?
-Time: this factor only has a fundamental role in life (intelligence) evolution; in many different ways, some are clear and straightforward, others are vague.
Each of these can bring up so many other possibilities! So is is possible really to find an answer for Fermi question?

We all know that most of the controllers uses embed c and c++ for the last decade even after very good and easy programming languages are evolved like Java. What is the reason and if any controllers are developed using Java, I would like to know them

I synthesized two types of Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles (MSNs), conjugated N-[3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl]-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride (TA-silane) and PEG-silane.
Based on the different PEG/TA ratio, one of the MSNs have more positive charge, I called it MSN-PEG/TA (1:2), which has more TA-silane so it has more positive charge. (+14 mV)
And the other one is MSN-PEG/TA (2:1) which has less TA-silane, also has less positive charge(+9 mV)
And then, I conjugated APTMS onto MSN-PEG/TA (1:2) and MSN-PEG/TA (2:1), I found that MSN-PEG/TA (1:2) does not have great suspension(PDI=0.43), but MSN-PEG/TA (2:1) has well suspension(PDI=0.14).
Seems like MSN-PEG/TA (1:2) has aggregation after adding APTMS onto the surface. In the DLS, it not only shows double peak but also the larger Size and PDI.
I wondering that what is the main reason that happens to the result?
TA-silane has the methoxy groups, I am wondering that if it is the reason that MSN-PEG/TA (1:2) has more methoxy groups or other else, then acting with Amine groups of APTMS, happens the aggregation?
