I WOULD APPRECIATE THAT YOU PARTICIPATE TO THE DISCUSSION:
THIS IS AN OVERVIEW:
How to increase our learning considering The impact of artificial intelligence? By Amin Elsaleh and Sangat Naik Positioning of the D.I.S.C.E.L. in relation to the initiatives accompanying the digital revolution
PREAMBLE The D.I.S.C.E.L. is largely explained by the technology watch carried out by two PhD students from the University of Paris VI in 2010; Their study positions our project in relation to the various research carried out in particular in the United States. It shows its complementarity via the innovative concept SPDF (Standard Process Description Format) created by the author of this article. Part I How to position our D.I.S.C.E.L project? With the excerpts below, the link is very strong between our project and “serious games” a fashionable theme, but whose different interpretations bring it much closer to video games than to the “e-learning” of the years 2010-2015. By reading the references indicated in this summary, I realized that we can tackle several Master's subjects to deepen our project and lead to industrial tools. Automated process management on an online server with intelligent document-enabled commands is an effective way to engage all types of users without requiring advanced computer skills. PART 2 How to increase our learning considering The impact of artificial intelligence, especially the chat GPT , on higher education? Sangat Naik Incorporating AI systems like ChatGPT in higher education brings both potential benefits and challenges. One primary concern is the accuracy and reliability of the AI-generated responses. As with any AI system, ChatGPT may occasionally provide incorrect or biased information, leading to potential inaccuracies in educational content. Furthermore, the lack of contextual understanding could hinder its ability to grasp complex concepts or offer in-depth explanations necessary for higher education.[1] PART III Reminder “It's important for higher education institutions to consider the unique opportunities and challenges presented by AI programs like ChatGPT and strike a balance between leveraging the benefits of these technologies while addressing their limitations and ensuring ethical use in academic settings." Objectives Our target is to develop an appropriate standard SPDF (Standard Process Description Format) to produce a universal engine. Rationale: ChatGPT should be supported by a standard whether or not we call it SPDF or something else, the target is to produce a universal framework for industrial engines not only to be used for higher education but also to produce new generation of servers. PART IV 17122024 AI’s computing gap: academics lack access to powerful chips needed for research Survey highlights disparity between academic and industry scientists’ access to computing power needed to train machine-learning models. By Helena Kudiabor
DISCUSSION https://www.academia.edu/s/b053744cacIn conclusion, while ChatGPT and similar AI programs offer unique opportunities for higher education, institutions must be aware of their limitations and challenges. By striking a balance between leveraging the benefits of AI technologies and addressing their shortcomings, while ensuring ethical use, higher education can fully embrace the potential of AI as a powerful learning tool for students and educators alike.
