In PLS-SEM, can AVE value and composite reliability be higher than 1.0?

I am using Smart PLS 3.0 program. And, in my study, three contructs have been made. Two constructs have only one indicator. And anothor one construct has three indicators. When we analyze PLS-SEM, AVE-value and composite reliability for the construct, which includes three indicators, are higher than 1.0. Is there any problem in the procedure of PLS-SEM? Usually, it is well-known that AVE values and composite reliabilities should be lower than 1.0.

unstandarized or standarized values? The latter should be between 0 and 1 while the former may be greater than 1. Use standarized.

In the case of single-item measures, AVE is equal to "1". This is because the latent variable is only measured by one observed variable.
