No, (unfortunately) they are not (anymore). According to the latest list of Scopus titles (see Serial Conf. … tab) they are discontinued. Unfortunately, the Scopus sources link is not updated (yet) https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/19700200831 The reason for the discontinuation is most likely the staggering increase in accepted and published papers (see Scopus content coverage).

For the most recent info you can check https://www.scopus.com and download the latest Scopus source list (see enclosed file).

Not on the Scopus list since April 2021.

It is indexed in Scopus database till 2021 and the term period has been ended.

Hope it will be added back soon.
