How to remove bubbles from film forming solutions?

During preparation of edible film using protein and polysaccharides, bubbles can be form. What is the technique to avoid the formation of bubbles in film forming solution? How to remove bubbles from it?

Bubbles can be lessened by de-aerating your solutions prior to use.  Try de-aerating under vacuum first.  Then, avoid getting bubbles back in by pouring gently and avoiding agitation.
