We have a Computer Science and Communication Journal in the college (Journal of Computing and Communication ). We target to publish Research articles in all the disciplines of Computer Science and Communication. We plan to publish two issues per year. Can anyone tell me the ways and means to index the Journal in the google Scholar
A common misconception about Google Scholar is that regardless of the content type or quality, it will index all the content it can access. This is not the case. In contrast, as described in "Academic Search Engine Optimization (ASEO): Optimize Academic Literature for Google Scholar & Co.", Google Scholar is an "invitation-based search engine." This means that "only articles from trusted sources and articles'invited' (cited) by indexed articles are included in the database." Google Scholar stated on its website, "We work with academic information publishers Index peer-reviewed papers, essays, preprints, abstracts, and technical reports from all research disciplines and make them searchable on Google and Google Scholar."
In order for your journal to be included in Google Scholar, the content on your website must first meet two basic conditions:
Mainly composed of journal articles (eg original research articles, technical reports)
Provide free full texts of all articles or abstracts written by the authors (no need for human or search engine robot readers to log in to your website, install specific software, accept any disclaimers, etc.)
From there, your journal website and articles must meet certain technical specifications, which we will outline below. Before we start, let's take a look at some of the specific benefits Google Scholar provides for journals and how to determine whether your article is included in the search engine.
Google Scholar can boost the worldwide visibility and accessibility of your content. We work with publishers of scholarly information to index peer-reviewed papers, theses, preprints, abstracts, and technical reports from all disciplines of research and make them searchable on Google and Google Scholar.
This section provides policy and technical information for scholarly publishers and societies. Detailed technical inclusion guidelines for webmasters can be found here.
Journal indexed in Google Scholar is an online process. As soon as the paper is published in Scopus as well as ISI journal, it will apprear in google scholar.

Update 03/07:
This list outlines country-level initiatives from various academic institutions and research organizations, with a focus on programs and sponsorship for Ukrainian researchers:
However, I have very ambivalent feelings about it. They organize multiple conferences throughout the year and all are branded as international. At the same time it seems previous conferences really took place and conference proceedings seem somehow decent.
Did anyone visit their conference?
In particular I am looking at "5th International Conference on Research in Business, Management and Economics" (https://www.icrbme.org/)
I would very much appreciate your experiences/opinions.
