How to implement dynamic topology in mininet?

I have a mininet which only contains ovs switches(at vm1 created by host1) and run in one host, the physical switch agent(at vm2 created by host2) is at another host, now one of the ovs switches in mininet will be replaced by the physical switches, but I don't know how to implement it? If someone could give me some advice or implement structure?

I downloaded the Mininet VM and I have two windows 7 vms. I want to use the two windows 7 vms as hosts in Mininet. Please how can I go about that?

We have Aruba switches , in virtualbox one vm running with SDN controller and another vm running minnet topology we need to connect mininet switches with physical switch to make a topology. Anybody help us to configur, adapter setting and bridge configuration in detail.

I am presently pursuing my PhD in computer science. I have chosen the topic of my work to be an SDN based approach for data center traffic engineering. I have thought of a new topology for DCs and am thinking of comparing the performances with the existing fat tree topology, as I think other topologies like hyperX, hyperCube etc. won't work well in all the cases. I took the SDN course by Dr. Feamster. I need to know the parameters of a DC topology that really matters for comparison. Can I get the actual map of the scalability by creating topologies in mininet. How can I proceed in this?

Hii All, is there any simulation tool available to calculate power consumption of SDN switches and controllers. Using mininet and floodlight controller i have successfully tested the performance of a sdn topology. Now i want to reduce the power consumption by each device. Is it possible through mininet or any other tool i need? If i can acheive it through mininet, then provide me the procedure.

We are working on the linear topology of multiple APs, but the connection between stations in different APs cannot be verified unless we add an SDN controller to the network! Is there any method to make this connection possible? because we want to compare the network in two cases: with and without a controller.

I am trying to use Fabricpath in SDN to avoid blocking of ports by STP in redundant topology.

As far as I know, Yaskawa is the only company to have fully commercialised the matrix converter. Please correct me if I am wrong.
