How to extract responsivity in a 2D materials based photodetector in Silvaco TCAD?

I have my IV characteristics curve and along I extracted EQE and IQE curve but I'm in the need of responsivity curve which I'm confused to get. Can anyone please help me to get it in case of a photodetector?

Therefore, two-dimensional (2D) materials are explored as an alternative to silicon-based active regions in the photodetector. In addition, plasmonic effects coupled with self-powered photodetectors will further enhance light absorption and scattering, which contribute to the improvement of the device’s photocurrent generation

Hello everyone,
I am simulating germanium photodetector 0.3 um to 1.8 um wavelength range in silvaco atlas. But, I can not extract wavelength-responsivity measurement more than 1.4 um as shown in the figure.

I am simulating an MGM photodetector, I wanna add an optical source of 300-850nm wavelength hit at an angle of 90°. How can I add this? Should I add a spectrum file to the library or is it enough to just give specifications of the optical source?.
Can you help me with this error related to Silvaco TCAD?

I am using Silvaco TCAD to simulate solar cell. So when I try to run anything (even in the examples) it shows me an error message "Simulator has exited with status 1" and does not complete the simulation and does not solve anything. Can you assist me with this please ?
The version that I use is 2018.

Hello everyone,
I am working in NC Tunnel FET in silvaco TCAD tool. But am unable to find the values of (FERRO.EPSF, FERRO.PS, FERRO.PR, and FERRO.EC parameters) ferroelelctric material HZO. can anyone help me how to get these values.

Helloo and Greetings
I was practicing Slivaco TCAD and I ran an example of Silvaco products on deckbuild Which I encountered "tonyplot launcher exiting. Command exit code= -1073740771"
And also another error I found during runnig mos01 example on Slivaco examples which saying "Unable to load set file: mos1ex01_0.set The file cannot be accessed"
But surprisingly after these errors tonyplot starts and illustrate the figures
How can I solve this problem?
While photodetector simulation in Silvaco, the available photocurrent for materials other than silicon becomes zero. Why is it so?

While photodetector simulation in Silvaco, the available photocurrent for materials other than silicon becomes zero. Why is it so? Is there a code problem or any specific parameter has to be incorporated? If silicon is considered then available photocurrent has some value but as I am changing the material it becomes zero. Please help for the same.
