How is pilot test seen/understood in qualitative case studies? Is that possible?

I am looking for a reference on how to conduct qualitative content analysis. It's preferable that it should be beginner friendly and the steps can be generalizable to other contexts (i.e. analysis for scoping reviews etc.).

What are the differences between pilot surveys and pilot testing in research?

I'm trying to submit a paper, but two different manuscripts are being prepared. One is by me and one is by a collaborator who is using my samples. I know it's unethical to reuse the same data in two different publications, so I know I shouldn't reuse the same images/data. However, if I use a different image of the same sample, would that still constitute a breach of ethics?

The two papers have a different focus. One is about synthesis and structural, morphological, and electrical characterization for samples calcined at different temperatures. The other compares one sample from the previous with two others and uses EDS and XPS to prove that the particles have a core-shell structure.

I want to make sure I don't accidentally overstep any ethical boundaries with regard to publishing.

The research is purely qualitative.

Any advantages of open-ended questions over interview in qualitative research as a tool?

I was thinking the creative thinking of the child from his birth How the observe the things and when they reach up 2 to 3 years of age they start asking of Questions from their parents Like Scientists why,who and how...?And I observe most of children break the toys after playing few days But I can't find the complete answer So I want to try ask the Question from the Researcher for A better Answer And Finding the conclusion...

Causes of childhood leukemias remain largely unknown. We found a 2-years old girl diagnosed with ALL whose mother had been diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) when she was about 26 (4 years before pregnancy), but she had also been diagnosed with deep venous thrombosis 10 years before. We think that maternal APS could be a part of the causal network for developing childhood ALL but other exposures were also found. Have you seen/diagnosed/treated a child with ALL and whose mother had been diagnosed with APS or any other autoinmune disease? What do you think about to do a systematic review of this relationship? (It is possible that our specific case become published as an epidemiological case in a scientific journal).
