I got an invitation through email to attend this conference. Exaggerated statements like "The entire World Cancer 2023 team is enthusiastic about your work" made me suspicious of this conference and if it is another spam. Anyone has an experience can tell us about this conference?

I have trouble shooting with flow cytometry. People told me that immune human cells needs higher concentrations of antibody than mouse cells. Does anybody have any insights on that?

Planning to run my assays this week, but not sure if I will be able to tomorrow. I want to prep as much as possible ahead of time, and was wondering if I could coat my plates with 10ug/mL antigen in bicarbonate buffer tonight, then use at a later time this week.

If so, should I keep the wells full of buffer until time of use, or dry them the next day then store at 4C until use?

I have Expi293 cell cultures (suspension). After counting them, the density turned out to be 4.26 x 10^6. I need to split them. Starting from this concentration, how can I obtain a 30ml cellular suspention at a density of 0.25 x 10^6? How many mL of cellular suspension (the one at a density of 4.26 x 10^6) and how many mL of medium do I need? I still have difficulties in understanding which kind of mathematical calculation do I need to use. Could you explain it to me?
