I don't know what kind of equipment Iran could have developed. But I firmly know that in nature there is a source of global energy of quantized vacuum which is incomparably more powerful than an atomic bomb. I did all the necessary calculations and showed that the energy density of quantum vacuum is 1056 times higher than that of uranium fuel. Nuclear energy is not the greatest energy in nature as was previously thought. In nature there is the most powerful source of global energy of the quantized vacuum. Cosmologists have called this global energy of the quantized vacuum dark energy which causes the universe to expand at an accelerating rate. On the one hand, this is a blessing because we have access to a virtually unlimited source of cosmic energy. On the other hand, we have the danger of the unreasonable use of the global energy of the quantum vacuum for military purposes, which could lead to the destruction of the planet Earth and even the Solar System. 12 pages, 6 figures. Introduction The Iran Front Page portal made the following sensational report [1]: “A former ranking official with the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) has made a bold revelation about Iran’s military arsenal, stating that the country possesses weapons stronger than nuclear bombs. Brigadier General Ebrahim Rostami, the former head of the International Relations and former secretary of the Development and Equipment Commission of the IRGC, revealed the news on Tuesday in an interview with Dide Ban Iran (Iran Watch) news and analysis website. “We have equipment far superior to nuclear weapons,” he said, while supporting a recent demand by Iranian members of parliament to change the country’s ‘no nuclear weapons’ doctrine. He explained, “Some aspects are unknown to them because these are highly classified and top-secret information.” Rostami hinted at past tactical operations, referencing incidents where oil tankers were targeted in the Sea of Oman and the Port of Fujairah, the UAE. “I won’t say who carried them out, but five tankers exploded in the highly secure Port of Fujairah. They don’t even know where the hit came from,” he stated [1]. This news was circulated on the Internet, including on YouTube [2, 3]. Can we trust this information? As an expert and theoretical physicist, I was asked to comment on this message from Iran. Of course I took this message seriously because Iran does not throw empty words to the wind and it keeps its promises. I was only confused by the report of damage to tankers in the port of Fujairah which does not correspond to the use of weapons more powerful than nuclear. The holes in the tanker's hull were large and reached no more than 3 meters in size. It still remains a mystery what caused this damage to the tankers. It is possible that in addition to the nuclear program, Iran is conducting other secret research about which we can only assume. However, Iranian Brigadier General Ebrahim Rostami did not say for sure that they have an atomic bomb, he clearly said: “We have equipment far superior to nuclear weapons.” I don't know what kind of equipment Iran could develop that is more powerful than an atomic bomb. But I firmly know that in nature there is a source of global energy that is much more powerful than an atomic bomb, and against the background of this new global source of energy, nuclear and thermonuclear energy is incomparably small and almost invisible. This new energy is capable of not only blowing up the Earth, but also blowing up the entire solar system. We are talking about a new type of global energy discovered not so long ago by cosmologists, which they called dark energy and dark matter. This is an all-pervading cosmic energy that fills the entire Universe in the form of a quantized vacuum. Quantum vacuum is filling not only all space but all bodies including the Earth and stars and we (people), freely penetrating and permeating them. No one can be saved from the quantized vacuum; it is impossible to hide from it and it is everywhere, threatening to explode at any moment if we treat it disrespectfully and carelessly. Quantum vacuum is the most powerful explosive in nature, which is much more powerful than the energy of an atomic nucleus, atomic and thermonuclear bombs. By the way, when we explode an atomic bomb, there is a release of colossal electromagnetic energy of quantized vacuum (dark energy), which is the only source of energy in nature. Thus, humanity already has a detonator that is capable of detonating a quantum vacuum. Earthlings have experience testing atomic and thermonuclear bombs in single copies. No one has ever tested dozens of such bombs simultaneously over a large area. The quantized vacuum has a colossal density of dark energy, possessing elastic and resonant properties, the detonation of which can be carried out by the simultaneous explosion of a dozen atomic bombs in the event of a nuclear conflict, even a local one. 3 The best minds of scientists from all over the world are thrown into the study and analysis of dark energy and dark matter. This is connected with two important aspects: 1) there is a search for new energy sources more powerful than nuclear energy; 2) there is an assessment of the risks and threats that the discovery of dark energy and dark matter poses to humanity. The governments of the world's leading powers support research by scientists in this area. The Nobel Prize in Physics 2011 was awarded to astrophysicists Saul Perlmutter, Brian P. Schmidt and Adam G. Riess "for the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the Universe through observations of distant supernovae" under the influence of dark energy [4-7]. This grand scientific discovery in the field of cosmology has a special status as the main achievement of the 21st century, since this discovery changes all our old physical ideas about the nature of gravity (antigravity) and dark energy when modern knowledge turned out to be unable to explain the accelerating expansion of the Universe. Even the spectacular discovery of gravitational waves in the LIGO project, which was also awarded the 2017 Nobel Prize [8], is inferior in significance to the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the Universe. The discovery of the accelerated expansion of the Universe is a grand scientific breakthrough that changes all our ideas not only about cosmology but also about fundamental physics in general. It has been experimentally discovered that galaxies are moving with acceleration in different directions from the center of the Universe. Galaxies do not have a jet engine that can create an accelerating force. Modern science does not know any other method of movement in space other than the jet. Cosmologists were forced to introduce a new characteristic for the Universe, which they called dark energy, which explains the accelerated motion of galaxies. But in this case we have a new effect of the acceleration of galaxies, which cannot be explained by the gravity of Newton and Einstein which do not include the concept of dark energy. Can you imagine what forces and energies must exist in nature so that they could have the ability to move entire galaxies with acceleration? The problem is that it was very difficult to calculate the accelerating forces and the density of dark energy in a quantized vacuum. Cornell University's ArXiv portal alone has published about 25,000 articles and preprints on the topic of dark energy and dark matter. Paradoxically, none of these papers were able to answer the question posed about the nature of dark energy and dark matter. I took on the task of writing this paper because I am the only theoretical physicist in the world who was the first to understand the nature of dark energy and dark matter. This is new physics and new knowledge that should be available to everyone. I discovered a new particle of dark matter and simultaneously dark energy as a quantum of space-time (quanton) in the form of a 4D-tetraquark more than a quarter of a century ago in 1996. This fact was published in my book “The Theory of Elastic Quantum Space (EQS)”, in which the discrete structure of quantized vacuum consisting of 4D-tetraquarks was described for the first time [9]. The discovery of 4D-tetraquarks as particles of dark energy and dark matter was experimentally confirmed by me when creating a quantum warp engine and Leonov's linear dynamic interferometer. The principle of operation of the quantum warp engine is based on the use of the accelerating force, which is the gradient of dark energy as a result of the deformation of the quantized vacuum [10, 11]. The principle of operation of the quantum warp engine was implemented by nature itself on the scale of the Multiverse, the spherical negative deformation of which creates accelerating antigravity forces as gradients of dark energy that force galaxies to accelerate away from the center of the Multiverse [12, 13]. I developed a linear dynamic interferometer to detect the field of dark matter particles resulting from the deformation of the quantized vacuum by the Earth's gravity [14-16]. This is the second method of experimental verification confirming the reality of dark matter particles. I calculated that the density of dark energy reaches 1074 J/m3 inside a quantized vacuum. Only a few cubic meters of dark matter needed to be exploded to create the Multiverse as a result of the Big Bang [17]. Every second, more than 3,000 stars are born in the visible Universe [18]. The exact processes that give rise to stars and planetary systems, however, are still poorly 4 understood. I am absolutely sure that the source of energy for the birth of stars is dark energy inside the quantized vacuum. In order for us to blow up the Earth, we need to release only 10—32 m3 of dark energy inside the quantized vacuum. The military has a detonator in the form of a group of atomic bombs detonated simultaneously for this occasion. But they do not pose the full danger to humanity in the event of a nuclear conflict between nuclear powers. 2. Who blew up the planet Phaeton between Mars and Jupiter? Figure 1 shows the asteroid belt that is located between Mars and Jupiter. There are several hypotheses regarding the origin of the asteroid belt. One of these hypotheses is the assumption that between Mars and Jupiter there was a planet called Phaeton, which was blown up by the planet's inhabitants as a result of a nuclear war. The bulk of the fragments from the exploded planet were thrown outside the solar system. A small portion of the planet's fragments remaining after the explosion was able to form the asteroid belt (Fig. 1). 3. Is it possible to blow up the planet Earth? Cosmologists can observe how stars are lit and exploded in the Universe. I mean that our Universe is the visible area of the Multiverse. The density of electromagnetic energy of the quantized vacuum is sufficient not only to ignite more than 3000 new stars per second but to produce the Big Bang that was creative for the formation of our visible Universe and the Multiverse [13, 17]. We live in a world of superenergy quantized vacuum. We do not live on a powder keg, but inside it, figuratively speaking, which can explode at any moment. The detonator of the explosion of a quantized vacuum is an atomic bomb. You have to be crazy to set off several atomic explosions on the surface of the Earth at the same time. This will be the first and last such experiment in the history of the Earth and Humanity. The fact that the planet Earth once existed will be reminded by a new asteroid belt between Venus and Mars. Hidden energy of quantized vacuum is inside 4D-tetraquarks We must have a particle of dark energy that has no mass or weight but must have electromagnetic energy hidden inside it. Only in this case we can calculate the energy density for dark energy and dark matter simultaneously which are properties of the quantized vacuum. Figure 2 shows a general particle of dark matter and dark energy which is 4D-tetraquark in the form of an electromagnetic quadrupole. 4D-tetraquark is a new quark particle consisting of four integer quarks (antiquarks): two electric (±1e) and two magnetic (±1g). The quarks are arranged at the vertices of an equilateral tetrahedron, ensuring the orthogonality of the electric and magnetic axes of 4D-tetraquark. The electric axis is a straight line connecting electric quarks (±1e). The magnetic axis is a straight line connecting magnetic quarks (±1g). Only the tetrahedron can give us the orthogonality of the electric and magnetic axes of 4D-tetraquark. We can observe this right angle between the vectors of the electric E and magnetic H fields at the moment of polarization of 4D-tetraquarks during the passage of an electromagnetic wave in a quantized vacuum as shown in the Maxwell graph [19]. So we have four integer quarks (±1e and ±1g) inside 4D-tetraquark which allow us to isolate the elementary volume of the quantized vacuum as its volume quantum. On the other hand, there are elastic forces of Coulomb attraction between quarks, which are balanced by the elastic shells of quarks. In this case, we can consider 4D-tetraquark as an electromagnetic volumetric resonator – a clock that ticks inside a quantized vacuum, counting down time quanta [20]. For the first time we have a quark particle which is a quantum of space (volume) and time. 4D-tetraquark is the only four-dimensional particle in nature that unites space and time with the prefix 4D. Einstein made the right move when he began to unite space and time into a single continuum. But he could not come to the idea of a quantum of space-time in the form of 4Dtetraquark which is the carrier of a quantized vacuum. Nature abhors a vacuum (Aristotle). Figure 3 shows 4D-tetraquark which is the general quark particle of dark matter and dark energy as a spherical quantum of space-time (quanton). 4D-tetraquark can only form as a result Fig. 2. Lq0 = 0.74 10—25 m rq0 = 0.5Lq0 +g +e –g e– –g e +g – +e –g 6 of the collapse of electric and magnetic quarks, which is limited by the elastic shells of quarks when their collapse has a stop in the limiting case. 4D-tetraquark has a spherical shape due to the colossal tensile forces inside the quark particle, the calculated diameter of which is about 10–25 meters [21]. Our instruments cannot operate on such small scales that we could detect invisible 4D tetraquarks by a direct method, given their transparency as a luminiferous medium. We can consider 4D-tetraquark after the collapse of quarks inside this particle as an electromagnetic black microhole (Fig. 3) [22]. Dark matter and dark energy are invisible dark luminiferous medium because it consists of transparent electromagnetic black microholes in the form of 4Dtetraquarks. 5. Dark matter and dark energy are a hidden invisible electromagnetic field of 4D-tetraquarks None of the physicists could even imagine that there is a discrete static electromagnetic field in nature. Electrodynamics has data that an electromagnetic field can only be a variable field and it cannot be a static field similar to electrostatic or magnetostatic fields. We know that an electric charge in statics is a carrier of an electrostatic field. Electrodynamics does not know that a magnetic charge in statics is a carrier of a magnetostatic field since magnetic monopoles have not been discovered experimentally. I explained earlier that magnetic monopoles cannot exist in a free state because magnetic quarks are bound into magnetic dipoles inside 4Dtetraquarks. For this reason, magnetism is a hidden phenomenon within the quantized vacuum and its manifestations can be detected through the movement of free electric charges when we have a violation of the magnetic equilibrium of the quantized vacuum [23-25]. I can now confidently state that there is a magnetic charge in statics which is the carrier of the magnetostatic field of magnetic dipoles inside 4D-tetraquarks (Figs. 2 and 3). So we can have both an electrostatic field and a magnetostatic field. The difference is that the electrostatic field has a carrier in the form of free electric charges, while the magnetostatic field has a carrier in the form of magnetic charges-quarks bound into dipoles inside 4D-tetraquarks. But in nature there are also electric charges-quarks bound into dipoles inside 4D-tetraquarks providing electromagnetic symmetry between electricity and magnetism. So we have in nature some excess of free electric charges and non-free electric charges bound into dipole quarks inside 4D-tetraquarks. Magnetic charges are only bound into dipole quarks inside 4D-tetraquarks. Magnetic dipole quarks and electric dipole quarks inside the 4Dtetraquark are the unification of electricity and magnetism into a general carrier of the static electromagnetic field (Figs. 2 and 3). Figure 4 shows a unification of electric and magnetic dipoles into an electromagnetic quadrupole (Fig. 2) [9]. Then I made the first unification of electricity and magnetism into a single electromagnetism. This is an important and first operation on the way to unifying fundamental interactions in the quantum theory of Superunification, which is the Unified Field Theory [26, 27]. All the physicists of the world, including Einstein, passed by the unification of electricity and magnetism into electromagnetism and they had problems creating a Unified Field Theory, which only I managed to do. Leonov, 1996 [9]. 7 Formally, Minkowski mathematically united space and time into a single continuum, which was used by Einstein in general relativity [28]. At the same time, the physical nature of time as a part of space was unknown. When I combined electricity and magnetism into an electromagnetic quadrupole, a new particle was created which is a time particle in the form of 4D-tetraquark [20]. The discovery of 4D-tetraquark is a breakthrough in fundamental physics that has allowed us for the first time to understand the discrete structure of the quantized vacuum (quantized space-time). The diameter Lq0 of 4D-tetraquark is a discreteness of ~10–25 m of quantized space-time in quantum gravity (Fig. 4) [21]: L m 25 q0 0.74 10− = (1) Figure 5 shows the discrete structure of dark energy and dark matter in a section of quantized space-time consisting of 4D-tetraquarks. The centers of electric and magnetic quarks are located at the vertices of a tetrahedron inside 4D-tetraquark. 4D-tetraquarks can interact with each other due to the Coulomb forces of electric and magnetic attraction and repulsion of integer charges of quarks. In this case, the forces of electric and magnetic attraction between adjacent 4D-tetraquarks are dominant. To do that, 4D-tetraquarks spontaneously orient themselves in the right way, which causes their continuous chaotic oscillations of the elastic fabric of the quantized space-time. I only admit that these spontaneous fluctuations of the fabric of space-time can serve as a source of relic radiation, which is present at every point of space-time. This assumption should require additional experimental verification of the presence of relic radiation in a local region of the quantized space-time shielded from external electromagnetic radiation. Fig. 6 shows a tetrahedral elastic grid of the quantized space-time fabric at the nodes of which are quarks, which in turn are located inside 4D-tetraquark. It is a very important fact, since the tetrahedral grid of the elastic fabric of space-time has a random orientation of tetraquarks, and therefore this grid does not have priority directions in space, unlike a rectangular grid. Therefore, the quantized space-time is a uniform and isotropic electromagnetic environment in the local area, which is characterized by electric ε0 and magnetic μ0 constants: 0 0.5 (00 ) = C − (2) The quantized space-time is a light-guide medium whose parameters (2) determine its speed of light C0 as a constant if the quantized space-time is not warped by gravity. Electric and magnetic properties (2) of quantized space-time are given by electric and magnetic quarks, which are included in the composition of 4D-tetraquarks and quantized space-time. Dark energy and dark matter are properties of quantized vacuum that will be discussed below. Dark energy and dark matter are unfortunate non-physical terms that came into physics from cosmology and should be replaced by more precise physical terms in the form of quantized space-time and quantized vacuum. 6. Calculating the energy density for dark energy and dark matter The discovery of 4D-tetraquark as a quantum of space-time allowed us to have a calculated model of the density (concentration) of electromagnetic energy for dark energy and dark matter. The main calculation parameter of 4D-tetraquark is the distance rq0 between quark centers in the zone of a point concentration of an electric or magnetic charge. If we proceed from pure geometry, then the diameter of the sphere Lq0, into which four balls are inscribed along the vertices of the tetrahedron, is related to its edge (a) by the relation: Lq0 = 2.62a and a = 0.38Lq0. But we are not dealing with geometry, but with the physics of the collapse of quarks into the state of a electromagnetic microhole, when quarks merge into a sphere inside which the quark charges are located at the vertices of a tetrahedron. In this case, the calculated distance rq0 between quark centers can be half the diameter Lq0 of 4D-tetraquark (Fig. 3) [13, 23]: . Formula (6) was first obtained by me in 1996 and it establishes the relationship between the charge of a magnetic quark g and the charge of an electric quark e in the SI system through the speed of light C0 in vacuum [9]. The unit of measurement for the charge of a magnetic quark is Leon [Ln] = [Am]. Formula (6) establishes the principle of electromagnetic symmetry of quantized space-time, provided that the electrical energy Wqe (4) is equal to the magnetic energy Wqg (5) of the 4D-tetraquark: Wqe = Wqg. The sum Wq0 of the electric energy Wqe (4) and the magnetic energy Wqg (5) of binding between quarks inside 4D-tetraquark is equal to: W W W J 2 q0 qe qg 1.24 10− = + = (7) We can refine the energy Wq0 (7) taking into account the coupling between 4Dtetraquarks within the quantized space-time, where ks<2 is the coupling coefficient: r 0.5L 0.37 10 m 25 q0 q0 − = 9 W k W k J J 2 2 q0 s q s 10 2.5 10 − − = = . (8) The quantum density ρ0 is the concentration of 4D-tetraquarks inside undeformed spacetime for Lq0 (1) [13, 23]: (9) where k3 = 1.44 is the fill factor. We multiply (8) and (9) and obtain the energy density w0 in the quantized vacuum as the dark energy density and the energy density for dark matter: 73 3 w0 = Wq0 0 8.87510 J/m (10) On the other hand, the energy density w0 is the pressure P0 of electromagnetic forces inside the quantized space-time as the force tension of the vacuum: P w N / m Pa 73 2 73 0 0 = 8.875 10 = 8.875 10 (11) 4D-tetraquark and quantized space-time are the real carrier of the fifth Superforce, which was convincingly shown in calculations of the energy density w0 (10) and pressure P (11) in vacuum. Such a large concentration of energy and forces is found nowhere else in nature, even inside stars. Ultimately, we have the fifth Superstrong Electromagnetic Interaction (SEI) in the form of an elastic quantized space-time densely filled with 4D-tetraquarks as a global SEI energy field in a vacuum. It is on this quark global SEI field that events of birth and decay of elementary particles, atoms, molecules, bodies, star systems, galaxies and black holes take place in the quantized Universe. All these events can only happen with the participation of 4D-tetraquarks as the carrier of the Superforce [13, 24 and 27]. Thus, the calculated energy density w0 (10) and pressure P (11) in a quantized vacuum is the density of dark energy and the energy density for dark matter. I have seen in papers that Planck parameters are sometimes used without justification to calculate the energy density in a vacuum. 7. Nuclear energy is negligible compared to the energy of a quantized vacuum So, we can now compare the concentration of energy that can be released in nuclear reactions with the energy density w0 (10) of the quantized vacuum as dark energy-matter: 73 3 w0 8.875 10 J/ m (12) The energy density (12) of a quantized vacuum has a unit of measurement in J/m3 . The energy yield from burning uranium is 7.2×1013 J/kg. The density of uranium is 18700 kg/m3 . My remarks on the physical nature of dark energy and dark matter I have repeatedly pointed out that dark energy and dark matter are properties of quantized vacuum. This is weightless matter that 100% fills the entire Multiverse and its visible part where we live. You can read about dark energy and dark matter in my papers [12, 13, 30, etc.]. Dark energy is responsible for the accelerated expansion of the Universe [12, 13 and 30]. Dark matter is responsible for the violation of Newton's and Einstein's gravity inside the gravitational hole of a black hole [30]. The optical properties of dark matter (propagation and refraction of light, lensing, etc.) are the optical properties of quantized vacuum as a luminiferous medium. 4Dtetraquark is a quark particle of quantized vacuum which is simultaneously a particle of dark energy and dark matter. The topic of dark energy and dark matter attracts special attention from other scientists who are trying to understand the nature of these phenomena, but no one else has succeeded in doing so, for example [31-35]. 9. Conclusion The reason for me to write this paper was the news about the fact that Iran has developed new military equipment that is more powerful than an atomic bomb. I don't know what kind of equipment Iran could have developed. But I firmly know that in nature there is a source of global energy of quantized vacuum which is incomparably more powerful than an atomic bomb. I did all the necessary calculations and showed that the energy density of quantum vacuum is 1056 times higher than that of uranium fuel. Nuclear energy is not the greatest energy in nature as was previously thought. In nature there is the most powerful source of global energy of the quantized vacuum. Cosmologists have called this global energy of the quantized vacuum dark energy which causes the universe to expand at an accelerating rate. On the one hand, this is a blessing because we have access to a virtually unlimited source of cosmic energy. On the other hand, we have the danger of the unreasonable use of the global energy of the quantum vacuum for military purposes, which could lead to the destruction of the planet Earth and even the Solar System.
