How can I remove ethyl acetate from carbon quantum dots?

I used the hydrothermal method to synthesize carbon quantum dots, and then added ethyl acetate to remove unreacted organic moieties. Now, I need to freeze-dry my samples, but I’m concerned that ethyl acetate might damage the freeze-dryer apparatus. How can I remove ethyl acetate from my samples without harming the carbon quantum dots?

Ethyl acetate can be readily removed from mixtures containing it, ethanol and water by using extractive distillation in which the extractive distillation .

When implementing metal gate of MOSFET or FinFET, only TiN was used, but I wonder why when implementing Buried Word Line DRAM, tungsten is used as Metal Gate and TiN is used only as Barrier Metal. Can't I just form Word Line with TiN?

When I use the CEModel("CEModel_Depassivation" 0),the sdevice will not start to work. The end part of .log file shows :unable to check out 1 sdevice-msconfig license(s).Is the TCAD tool lack of sdevice-msconfig license？Or something wrong else？
