How can I measure the lignin, cellulose in fine root?

I'd like to know what percentage of lignin in hardwood roots and softwood roots.

I looked for articles about lignin in root, but I didn't find.

I have a polycrystalline material constituting lignocellulose and chitosan in it, can anyone help with XRD peak positions for these materials, I have found some peaks but I need to confirm it, also I need Miller indices for those characteristic peaks with JCPDS reference. If any can help, please???

I am using sawdust as feedstock, many can separate and recover pure cellulose but i still haven't found a pretreatment that can separate hemicellulose from cellulose & lignin to recover hemicellulose, since i'll do my fermentations with hemicellulosic compounds.

I'm trying to understand the difference between cellulose and lignin in regards to the pyrolysis of organic materials.

I was curious if there exists an online tool, where I can feed relative % of different leaf components like -cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, water extractives per gram of leaf, and predict how these components would be likely to interact to form the physical structure of the leaf. Basically visualize microscopic interactions between the different components of the leaf chemical composition on the basis of their relative fraction in leaf.
