How can I identify popular hashtags on a social media platform from three years ago?

I'm looking into climate change fake news (specifically ice melt fake news) on TikTok and YouTube, and I'm going to be gathering relevant social media posts from around COP26. Any ideas on how I might identify through the platforms the most used relevant hashtags around that time period?

Dear Dr. Dewhurst,
The possibility is to ask private companies for their datasets. (https://emplifi.io/?utm_source=socialbakers.com
Another way is to identify "TOP" anti-climate change influencers (webscrap their hashtags during the COP26 conference) and sort hashtags according to their SM posts/videos.
The last (maybe the best one) was to gather a dataset about COP26 and ice melting on TikTok and YouTube. When you have full datasets about COP26 and ice melting you can look (e.g. by social network analysis) at which hastages are connected to which one sort them etc. However, I don't know if YouTube works on hashtags as e.g. Twitter is.
However, every method has a specific problem.
These are the methods I would use. I hope I helped a bit.
Best regards.
