How to run FSL(GUI) FUGUE on eddy-corrected DTI data?

I am trying to get a membrane tick map using the MEMBPLUGING plugin for VMD. However, to save some time, I want to run the analysis in terminal mode without opening the GUI. Does anyone have a script that can help me?

I am getting an error message in GUI while running the Python script...? I have attached a pic of the error that i am getting.

I want to implement a GUI for my image segmentation and registration code which are written in MATLAB and Python respectively. Input images are DICOM and NIFTI respectively. I want to make a user interactive GUI which will load different images, there will be buttons for segmentation and registration . On clicking those buttons internal codes will be executed and will provide the output images and provision to save those outputs.

What should be the best yet easy way to implement these requirements?

Hi all, 

So, I am presently working on running an MCNP dosimetry input file. First, I used Matlab to create a 3D matrix(voxel) from a .dcm dicom image. 

Now i am looking to convert this matrix to an MCNP input file by assigning materials to the CT numbers i have from my Matlab file.

How do I go about this

As i am analysing RCC Simply supported beam in ANSYS APDL. i run the model upto ultimate failure, now i want to check the stresses in steel bars at First crack load, yield load & at ultimate load.

I am trying to run an Abaqus 6.14 job remotely on cluster having Centos 6.5. I have opened Abaqus GUI successfully but is running on the head node. I want to be on the compute node but I cant access it. Please help. Thanks.

I am trying to learn how to use EFDC+ 8.5 to model an estuary, it has to be efdc+ because the hydrodynamic model is in EFDC+. I do not have access to the EE GUI. I haven't been successful in compiling the source code to run yet and was wondering if anyone out there has successfully run EFDC+ using visual explorer.

If so, what resources did you use to learn how to so it?

Hello, is there anyone who can tell me—as simple as it possible—how to use RSCORE-J? I know how to compile code, but I don’t understand how to put my data into it, to make it work.

Or maybe somebody can show me an alternative or alternatives for this program? Using different languages (R or Python) or running with some GUI?
