It is better to focus on technological innovation by measuring the extent of hospital management's reliance on information technology for patient management and treatment. And design a questionnaire to be distributed to patients and another to be distributed to hospital members

I would recommend reading the following article:

One of the basic ways to measure anything, is the Input, Output and Impact Model. Quantity or quality of inputs; quantity and quality of outputs and the impact of the outputs as well as the relationships between input, output and impacts.
The above can be applied across the entire "innovation value chain."

Dear Hamid,
While technological innovations is indeed easy to measure as they are new diagnostic tools, instruments, processes and cure methods, most hospitals are in constant search for solving organizational problems by administrative innovations. Examples of those problems are very well presented in Jerry I. Porras "Stream analysis" (a photo of the book cover is enclosed). The detailed description of some hospital problems may help you to develop a proper questionnaire on administrative innovations in hospitals.

A hospital is one of the most difficult organizations in existence. It has teams that carry out the most varied professional occupations possible. They have specialized teams of doctors, who work with them in the most varied possible ties. I published a Health Services Marketing book that has already had two updates. I suggest studying small innovations, step by step.

Hello All,
In past April, after 22 days of hospitalization in ICU, I lost my mother because of Corona Virus. Those 22 days were full of stress that every single doorbell, phone ringing, SMS... were deadly annoying!
I am not to talk about those days now, but hours after my mother's death. Full of shock and confusion, for paper works in that hospital, I had to be in a queue with several others whose patients had been cured, they were happy and really deserved to be so, but what about me and people like me? no extra help, no sign of sympathy, no professionals and no professional hands or special cares for such cases from the side of hospital; the same behavior from cashiers, clerks and staff... for all! In later days I talked with others about such procedures, and found out that they are the same everywhere.
Since then I have been thinking and asking myself, why hospitals don't build a unit, partition or department to deal solely with people who have lost their loved ones? to be away from hustle and bustle of a hospital! After all, when we have to pay all expenses in a hospital, they can do it in a way to be memorable, but not a lasting nightmare! they can build a unit or department, be respectful, responsive, efficient and at least pretend to be in sympathy with those who lost a loved person. So that they don't add more problems to the existing ones that only those who have lost their most loved ones can understand!
After my mother, my life has changed, now I am living in a strange world unknown to me before her departure. Even eating and drinking the most ordinary things such as a piece of bread and a glass of water is full of shame and embarrassment, thinking of my mother does not have them! I think there are a lot of people around the world who are like me or even worse.
Lets add that there are so many books on many aspects of trauma, why we don't see the results in places were wee need them!,
Did you have such experiences, in hospitals of your city?
Have you seen a unit or department for only those who lost a loved one?
Have you lost a very special person of your life, please share your experience?
I hope researchers of sciences such as psychology, and related branches of medicine share their understanding and work more professionally in hospitals, to help in such cases, I talked about above.
Thank you
