How to convert HARDI diffusion data (hdr/img) to nifiti with fslchfiletype for TBSS?

Hi Everyone, I'm really new to Diffusion Imaging and I would like to enquire how do we go about  using fslchfiletype to convert hdr/img to .nii format? Is there a GUI for fslchfiletype?

Would really appreciate some help on this. Thank you!
