How to cite tables and figures?

I am writing a review article on some target, and in one of the research papers one figure is reported. I want to add this figure to my review article. Can i do this without permission to the editor or I need permission. How to do it. Please answer.

We, scholars, are writing a lot. The language of science today is the English, however, for many of us, English is not our mother tongue. Even though we may be fluent in English. I found grammar check programmes/applications useful. Do you have recommendations about such apps? I am using MS Office grammar check (of course) and also I started to use Grammarly. Do you think there are better programmes (apps) or which are you using?

Please give some sugestions for master/doctoral students and young researchers about citation of the research papers of other researchers.

I thing that the theorical and practical results must be cited and the citation must be correct.

There are a lot of writing style manuals for different academic fields (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, and others). However, some comments on ResearchGate seem worthy of scholarly citation. How best should a person go about citing a comment from a ResearchGate discussion in an academic paper he or she is writing? Are the comments worthy of citation? Should permission be requested directly from the author of the comment for a direct quote exceeding 100 words?

We submitted this article 4 months ago and I want to write it in my C.V. It will be published in the International Journal of Ophthalmology.

How we can identify that some journals can get the impact factor in the upcoming year?

If I want to use an image from a particular journal in my journal paper what should I do? Do I need to seek permission from the author or the publisher? Is there any legal procedure to follow? 

Any article submitted to any journal goes under review if found suitable and within the scope of that journal. However, after reviewers completed their assignments, the authors do respond to queries raised by such reviewers, it could be once or a series of reviewer-author responses. Finally, the editor in Chief finalizes the decision. In Elsevier, particularly, before this happens, the status of the article shows Decision in Process. My question is how long does it take for this status to change under an ideal situation? And If it took more than the expected time, what should the corresponding author(s) suppose to do?

I hope to get sound and convincing responses from eminent researchers and editors across the platform.

My articles are showing more citations in google scholar, compared to what is shown in the research gate.
