Endnote or Mendeley?
which one do you prefer Mendeley or Endnote? why? both of them are excellent for Reference but actually there are some differences between them.

Dear Amir Karimi, compared to Endnote, I always prefer Mendeley because it is freeware and has a more user-friendly interface.

I personally prefer EndNote, since this software is compatible with both windows and mac systems, free, very easy to use and you can create and customized library of all your references.

I prefer Mendeley because it's easy to import references from PDFs, annotate them, and share them with colleagues.

The first ref manager I started using was Endnote but years later when I started Mendeley, I realized that based on my need in a resource limited environment, it has an edge over Endnote, however, it suffices to say that both of them are excellent.

Based on my experience, I would recommend Mendeley for reading because it is more convenient for this purpose and has a lot of options. However, for appropriate referencing, I would recommend Endnote software.

Well, I prefer EndNote. It is very easy and convenient. The advantage it has over Mendeley is the ease with which you can edit every detail of your style. This is not to say this is impossible in Mendeley but it's a little bit complicated. I have used both and I must say, both of them are excellent.
