Encouragement, support and general counsel are ALL welcomed.
Direct confrontation often ONLY generates resentment. I think my premises, although somewhat derived from philosophy(as all science is), are rigorous(examples are all my publications on ResearchGate). I come to my conclusions with EMPIRICAL evidence AND logic. I also still seek a PhD by publication.

Dear Alexander Ohnemus very good point. Please make sure you contact a university that has the option to complete a PhD by publications and discuss what could go towards or not that degree.

A degree by publication is more than putting a staple through a pile of publications. Questions you should ask yourself:
1. Are the publications peer reviewed and then published in reputed journals?
2. When you select several articles for your phd thesis, do they demonstrate that you have developed a certain train of thoughts or developed a theory through these publications? Can you demonstrate developing a consistent theory or model through these publications?
Regarding 1) if your articles are peer reviewed and then published, then it serves as proof of a certain academic standard. If not, that has to come from the thesis itself.
Regarding 2) A phd thesis must demonstrate new knowledge, your addition to new knowledge, and how it relates to existing theories and knowledge. This means doing more work than just summing up the existing publications. It needs a beginning, text to join up the separate articles explaining how you got from A to B, and conclusions etc. The articles are only the raw materials.
Hope this can help you, writing a phd thesis remains a lot of work.
