What are the values of R2 and Q2 for the model to be acceptable in PLS regression?

Can anyone answer me the question about the steps to do in structural model in smart PLS?

I read in the book "Hair 2016 - A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling" they mentioned there are 6 steps to do in Structural Model Assessment procedure.

Step 1,2,3, are fine. But I wonder step 4,5,6 are always necessary to report? Or when we should report these steps?

Step 4: Assess f2 effect size

Step 5: Assess predictive relevance Q2

Step 6: Assess q2 effect size

I saw in many papers that Q square is also reported for indicating the predictive relevance of the model. I would like to know if it is really necessary to report along with R square or its just an add-on.

How to calculate/find t-value and p-value in smart pls 3?

I can only find path coefficient.

Any suggestions?

I am estimating a moderating model in Amos, and I ended up with r-squared values of 10 and 18. are these values ok? what is the minimum expected?

I am more familiar with SEM tools than PLS. On the other hand, one student I am supervising wanted to use PLS on account that it has significantly smaller sample size requirements than SEM. However, I have my own misgiving with the lack of goodness of Fit statistics in PLS (to my knowledge). Is there any goodness of fit statistics (or its equivalent) in PLS?

I would like opinion from both PLS and SEM users on this matter.

Does anyone have a better ideas how to explain the used of Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio of Correlations (HTMT) in assessing the discriminant validity in PLS-SEM model?

Though AVE value must be greater than 0.5, yet the question is can i go ahead with further calculations if AVE is close to 0.5. (Little less than 0.5)...All other values, like factor loading, SCR, data adequacy etc is coming under the acceptance zone?
