Does anyone have experience with DNA-extraction from formalin-stored anuran larvae?

I wanna ask you, course, everyone who studies Acanthocephala, what kind of procedure should I use to detemine species form classis Acanthocephala. That means: what kind of primers, PCR procedure, and which kind of genes are most inforamative genes for identification of aformentioned organism?

How to euthanized small reptile using alcoholic solution? Some of the reference said that pentobarbital are good solution. However in field practice i have difficulties on availability and permission for this solution. Usually only alcoholic solution alvailable and i used injection method to brain. Is there any humane way euthanasia using alcoholic solution?

I have looked for it but haven't found anything about it.

This frog species has been found in my garden at Rajiv Gandhi University Campus, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (India). As I am a bit poor in taxonomy of frogs I do hope experts in this field may like to help me in identifying the species.

I am doing an essay on the feeding and nutrition of captive chameleons (in zoos amongst other wildlife institutions), and was wondering if much research has been carried out on specific nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are important to chameleons found in zoos. I've discussed the diets they are typically on, and compared those to wild diets, but have found less information on the nutrition aspect. Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
