Do you know what kind of graph define ResearchGate?

This corresponds to the slope on your absorbance vs. time graph. 

An example: if I'm measuring glutathione reductase activity by decrease of NADPH at 340nm within 3 minutes, how can I calculate the slope?

I have data of contact time (min.) and corresponding qt(mg/g). How can I plot graph for Pseudo second order reaction and calculate rate constant?

I tried few Primer sequences found in the journal ( which didnt not used HS68). But all of them cant give me any good results. the Primary derivatives graph was terrible :(

Guess those primers cant react with HS68 cells :(

Given a tree or a graph are there automatic techniques or automatic models that can assign weights to nodes in a tree or a graph other than NN?

How will I see or compare if my calculated DOS (using vasp) agrees with experimental DOS result, or any other DOS calculations aside from looking at their graph? Is there a method of quantifying their difference? If there is, please provide a study that used such method.

I need to label my graph columns with O^₃ in SigmaPlot but I can't work out how to subscript the "3". It will let me easily do this in the axis labels and the legend but is there a way to do this with the tick labels?

I am working on examining the effect of moderator variable (A) in the relation between predictor (X) and outcome (Y). Calculation has shown that A did not has any significant effect when it comes together with X through hierarchical linear regression. However, when it comes to interaction variable (X*A), it created significant effect towards Y. Is it still relevant for the moderation graph?
