Decoy model and opposing selectin forces?

In decoy model, in susceptible plant which is without R-prt or guard prt decoy prt plays the role of a sink and reduces the number of successful effector-operative gaudees interactions. While this causes reduction in pathoen fitness why the decoy prt should undergo evasive evolution which translates into higher pathogen fitness?

I was analyzing several examples of plant pathogen interaction (pathosystems) and I was wondering if cell expansion comes first or second to cell division. Of course, I must considered that everything happens after a PAMP sequence of events and also to possible recognition of pathogen by plant cells.
Does anybody have some clues?

I am curious to know if there is any Preference of Green Peach Aphids for Virus-Infected plants. Has anybody tested, read or published about such a topic? Especially different strains of the same virus affecting the aphid fecundity/feeding preferences.

Dieback has been prevalent in Parkinsonia aculeata (Parkinsonia) weed infestations across large areas of Norther Australia for at least 20 years.
Soil pathogens have been implicated as the primary causal agent.
Are there examples of Parkinsonia dieback on an international scale, either inside or outside of its home range) and what are the causal factors?
Is anyone interested in the treatment of Xylella fastidiosa (Xf) bacterium that has attacked olive groves and devastated the olive crop ?

I am having problems observing the inhibition effects of Leonurus sibiricus and L. japonicus extracts against crop pathogenic fungi by using the disk diffusion method.
Therefore, I plan to diffuse the extracts directly into the PDA, and then inoculate the fungi samples into the media. However, I am confused by the ratio between the volume of extracts and PDA that will be mixed together. Any suggestions?
